Shipping & Returns
All orders to AT, BE, CH, DK, DE, ES, FI, FR, GB, IT, NL, NO, and SE above 70€ are eligible for free CO2-neutral shipping.
For all other countries, shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.
If you are shopping from the UK, VAT & Duties are included in the price. Should you receive any additional charges, simply contact us at email@example.com
If you are shopping from the US, shipping is free on all orders above 150 USD. Local VAT is paid by you the customer when your order arrives in your country instead. Customs & Duty fees may apply and are paid by the customer.
*Please note remote places such as Hawaii or Alaska may be excluded from free shipping, and RUG SOLID reserves all rights to cancel your order.
Shipping time and tracking
Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and invoice with a tracking number/link once the order is ready to ship.
You have 14 days from receiving the items to return them in the same condition as when they arrived for full reimbursement.
If any product packaging is removed, the rug is considered used and the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.
Please follow these instructions when returning items to ensure proper processing:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in which you state: Invoice number and reason for the return.
- Pack the item in protective packaging, write your name and address clearly and enclose a copy of your invoice or order confirmation, so we can identify the package and provide you with the best service possible.
- Send the package to RUG SOLID, Telehøjen 6, 5220 Odense SØ, Denmark
* Please note all orders including bamboo and wool rugs has a return handling fee of 39 EUR, which will be deducted from the total return amount.
* All other orders have a return handling fee of 10 EUR, which will be deducted from the total return amount.
We offer a 24-month warranty for product shortcomings identified during normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by improper handling, poor maintenance, violence, or tampering.
Complaints have to be filed within a reasonable time after the fault or defect was discovered or should have been discovered. If a complaint is within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We will provide a free return shipping label if the item was damaged when you received it.
